“take a breath” medicinal herbal tea blend




a herbal tea blend named “take a breath” – a hand blend of calming herbs from nature’s apothecary. purely intended to offer a sense of stillness. words and sensations – an expression of the language of nature. of each herb. selected with thought, with their offerings in mind. blended and enveloped by hand. 

a herbal drawer – an object, a story, a personal memory. a herbal drawer reminding me of my favourite Austrian natural pharmacy back home (German: “Kräuterapotheke”) – a room of old wooden drawers filled with dried herbs. roots, leaves, seeds. a place of soul, tradition, knowledge, of conversations and experience. natural approaches to health in rhythm with nature. a sense of deep care. paper bags being filled with herbs with each individual body in mind. 

a ( thymeless ) archive – an archive that to me reflects the connections between healing, nature and sensual art. an archive about recognizing nature as our apothecary.
